You just never know what the person next to you is going through. There’s a woman at my gym that is always mean-mugging, I mean she never smiles, speak, just mugg you and stare, so you already know what i’m saying in my head. Today I overheard her telling a trainer how two years ago she was unknowingly walking around with a disease that caused her to have a stroke. Her body was completely paralyzed for a year and also a side of her face which is still partially paralyzed. This woman has to be a year or two younger than I, and if you were to see her you could never tell all that she has overcome and still overcoming. Here I am judging this woman due to a look on her face which cannot be helped but my reaction to her expression could be helped.
There are those of us that are so concerned with everything that is wrong in the world only seeing the glass as half empty and then you have those that only see the glass has half full fighting for the strength to just smile.
